    3.2 Allowable long-term working max temperature of cable conductor is 90℃
     
    3.3 When short-circuit (duration does not exceed 5s) the maximum allowable temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250℃:
     
    3.4 The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0°C.
     
    3.5 Cable bending radius: three-core cables are not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, and single-core cables are not less than 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.

  • 电缆安装使用

    1、电缆的选择

    1.1电缆的额定电压U0/U(Um)示为:U0是电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压,U是电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压,Um是设备可承受的最高系统电压的最大值。

    1.2根据电缆的敷设环境及负荷的不同,正确设计选择电缆的型号规格。非铠装型适用于架空、室内、隧道、电缆沟等场合,不能承受机械外力作用;铠装型同非铠装适用的条件外可直埋于地下,能承受一定的机械外力作用。单芯电缆不允许敷设在产生磁性管道中。易燃易暴、化学腐蚀性及高温、低温等场合应选择特殊型号的电缆。

    2、储存和运输

    电缆在储存中,应规范包装避免长期露天阳光暴晒,两端头可靠密封,不允许长期存放与潮湿的环境中且电缆盘不能平放。运输时应考虑盘高并有效固定,吊装时不允许几盘同时吊装,严禁从高处推下。

    3、敷设和安装

    3.1电缆应按照有关电力规程敷设。电缆在敷设时,应采用合理的操作方法和工具,如放线架、导辊等,防止电缆受到机械损伤。电缆接近热源、多棵电缆靠近敷设、土壤水分迁移、阳光直接照射、并行负载不平衡等,将影响电缆载流量和电缆的使用寿命。

    3.2电缆穿管敷设时,管道内径不小于电缆外径的1.5倍,三棵单芯电缆穿管时,管内径应足够大,防止电缆受挤压。通常管线配合是管内电缆总面积不超过管子内孔面积的40%。

    3.3电缆应在不低于0℃的环境下敷设。低于0℃时必须预先加热,否则在弯曲过程中会损伤电缆绝缘。

    3.4电缆敷设组间影响

    电缆在下列布置情况下,回路周围空气自由循环、可不考虑影响载流量降低系数。

    3.4.1回路水平方向净距离不小于2倍单根电缆外径;

    3.4.2回路垂直方向净距离不小于4倍单根电缆外径;

    3.4.3水平方敷设回路超过3个;

    3.5当采用牵引导体夹头方式敷设时,允许最大牵引力为P=OA(N)。其中A为导体截面(mm2),O为抗拉强度,铜导体为50N/mm2,铝导体为30N/mm2。

    4、试验

    安装结束后电缆进行绝缘电阻测试和直流耐压试验、泄露电流测量,历时15min.
