    1、在空气中敷设

    1.1 单芯电缆平行敷设时中心距离:185mm2及以下为电缆直径的2倍,240mm2及以上为90mm.。

    1.2 周围环境空气温度:40℃

    1.3 导体的长期最高工作温度:90℃

    2、直埋敷设

    2.1单芯电缆不接触敷设时,电缆中心距离为电缆直径的2倍。

    2.2土壤温度:25℃

    2.3导体的长期最高工作温度:90℃

    2.4土壤温度系数:1.0℃.m/w

    2.5直埋深度:0.7m

    电缆安装使用

    1、电缆的选择

    1.1电缆的额定电压U0/U(Um)示为:UO是电缆设计用的导体对地或金属屏蔽之间的额定工频电压,U是电缆设计用的导体间的额定工频电压,Um是设备可承受的最高系统电压的最大值。

    1.2根据电缆的敷设环境及负荷的不同,正确设计选择电缆的型号规格。非铠装型适用于架空、室内、隧道、电缆沟等场合,不能承受机械外力作用;铠装型同非铠装适用的条件外可直埋于地下,能承受一定的机械外力作用。单芯电缆不允许敷设在产生磁性管道中。易燃易暴、化学腐蚀性及高温、低温等场合应选择特殊型号的电缆。

    2、储存和运输

    电缆在储存中,应规范包装避免长期露天阳光暴晒,两端头可靠密封,不允许长期存放与潮湿的环境中且电缆盘不能平放。运输时应考虑盘高并有效固定,吊装时不允许几盘同时吊装,严禁从高处推下。

    3、敷设安装

    3.1电缆敷设应采用专用工具,如放线架、导辊等,敷设过程中防止机械损伤,远离热源。

    3.2电缆穿管敷设时,管道内径不小于电缆外径的1.5倍,多根电缆穿管时禁止电缆拧绞挤压,管道有足够的容量,要求电缆的总面积不超过管内总面积的40%.

    3.3电缆敷设最低温度不低于0℃,弯曲半径不小于20倍。

    3.4 当采用牵引导体夹头方式敷设时,允许最大牵引力为P=OA(N),A导体截面. O为50N/mm2(铜)和30N/mm2(铝)。

    4、试验

    安装结束后电缆不带负荷下进行绝缘电阻测试,必要时可进行交流工频耐压试验,历时1min.
